We offer a comprehensive warranty on our cabinets and cabinet doors to ensure peace of mind with your purchase. Below are the details of our warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage:
- Cabinets: Our cabinets are covered by a 1 year warranty, beginning from the date of installation or pickup. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
- Cabinet Doors: Stock (Matte White, Raised panel and Shaker) Cabinet doors are covered under a 5 year warranty, starting from the date of installation or pickup, against defects in material, finish, or craftsmanship. Special order doors are covered under a 1 year warranty starting from the date of installation or pickup, against defects in material, finish, or craftsmanship
Warranty Exclusions:
- Improper installation: Damages caused by incorrect installation or modifications are not covered.
- Damage due to misuse: Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or abuse (e.g., hitting or dropping items, excessive force, or heat exposure, exceeding weight limitations on doors and hinges or on shelves) are excluded.
- Natural wear and tear: Normal aging and wear from daily use are not covered under warranty.
- Environmental factors: Damage caused by excessive humidity, temperature fluctuations, water exposure or exposure to chemicals is not covered.
- Cosmetic issues: Minor variations in wood grain, color, or finish due to natural material characteristics are not considered defects.

- Submit photos of the defect or issue along with a description.
- We will assess the issue and determine whether the warranty applies.
Warranty Remedies:
- If a defect is found, we will repair, replace, or provide a credit for the affected cabinet or door. This decision is at the discretion of our warranty team.

To keep your cabinets and doors looking beautiful and functioning properly, follow these simple care guidelines.
General Care:
- Routine Dusting: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to dust your cabinets regularly.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia, or bleach. These chemicals can damage the finish or material.
- Temperature Control: Keep the cabinets in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme heat or cold can cause warping or cracking.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Melamine Cabinets:
- Clean with a damp cloth (not wet) and a mild soap solution.
- Wipe dry immediately after cleaning to prevent moisture from penetrating the wood.
Cabinet Doors:
- Handle with Care: Always open and close doors gently to avoid stress on hinges and latches.
- Avoid Excessive Weight: Do not overload cabinet doors, as this can cause them to warp or stress the hinges.
Maintenance Tips:
- Check Hinges Regularly: Ensure hinges and handles are tightly secured. If any screws loosen, retighten immediately to prevent damage.
- Moisture Protection: Always wipe up spills immediately to prevent moisture absorption, especially around melamine gables and shelves.
