I had an outstanding experience with Affordable Kitchens from start to finish! True to their name, they offer incredibly affordable pricing without compromising on quality or service. The customer service was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything turned out just right. One of the things I appreciated most was their creative input and great ideas, offered without any pressure to upsell or push unnecessary extras. They provided detailed, clear drawings that were extremely helpful for the other contractors working on the project, which kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. It was also a huge plus that their products are made on site, giving me confidence in the quality and craftsmanship. And even after the work was complete, they followed up to make sure I was happy with everything—a rare touch of care that really sets them apart. Overall, I’m beyond pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend Affordable Kitchens to anyone looking to renovate or upgrade their kitchen. picked up my cabinets today from Affordable Kitchens, and I couldn't be more impressed! The service was outstanding, and I was blown away by the price—especially compared to the bigger companies. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, walked me through my options, and even gave me a tour of their on-site facility where everything is built right here. The staff were all wonderful, the quality is excellent, and it's all made in Canada. I'm not 100% certain, but I believe the company is Canadian-owned as well. It was great dealing with Susan with Affordable Kitchens . She was thorough in coming to measure and designing of our new cabinets . Her eye for design was very helpful in getting the most cabinet use for our area. The installers were efficient and worked until job was completed . We are very happy with our new cabinets. Over the moon with the results. Every single person that walks in is absolutely wowed. It’s a modest kitchen with definitely not a high end price for cabinet model but the colour makes its stand out. Susan comes to measure and I can see the cabinet colour in my rooms light. Susan had a tough job cuz the floor was completely a blank canvas and she did her magic . I’m a do it yourselfer but that’s a tough gig. Advice is ,let her do her thing because her world of experience shows up in the reveal. Counter top company they work with EXCELLENT. I went to see the slab in person, good decision. Everything was very quick so be ready , they move right along. Install happened during the big snow storm and boy they were on time and did a great job. Right down to the knobs and save some time for that cause that was the hardest decision. Best part of this Reno was Affordable Kitchens , and in my area I saw 2 kitchens done by them small and large and both spectacular ,thank you so much. From the moment I called and spoke with Matt to Emily's wonderful design of the kitchen and through the renovation process I received responsive service and communication. I had a great time dealing with Susan from affordable kitchens in Scarborough. Contact through email and phone was almost immediate and she made helpful changes to make my design more functional and cost effective. I went with the thermofoil shakers and they have been exceptionally durable with two young kids. After a year and a half I did have one door peeling due to excessive heat from a gas range. Their warranty covered the replacement and the owner even personally delivered it to my house. Which is about 2 1/2 hours from their location. We are so happy we found Affordable Kitchens. We walked in not knowing what we really wanted and they were great to deal with and oh so patient as we made our decisions. Then, when we got the delivery, I discovered I had made the wrong measurement for one of the cabinets and they quickly replaced it with the right size.
